The project included the full podium redevelopment on the South East corner of the intersection of Yonge & St. Clair to include:
- Podium redevelopment, including concourse, ground floor, second & third floor
- Demolition of the podium while maintaining banking operations
- New structural framing, envelope, curtain wall and storefront glazing
- Concourse redevelopment to create new TTC entrance, corridor and retail spaces
- Reinstatement of tenant spaces
- Streetscape works in conjunction with the BIA
- Miscellaneous building upgrade work, emergency fuel systems, Mechanical and Electrical upgrades
