1 St Clair Ave East Redevelopment

This project delivered a full redevelopment of the podium at the southeast corner of Yonge & St. Clair, transforming the concourse through third floors into a modern mixed-use hub. Work included selective demolition of the existing podium while maintaining continuous banking operations, followed by new structural framing, a refreshed building envelope, and upgraded curtain wall and storefront glazing.

The concourse was reconfigured to add a new TTC entrance, improved public corridors, and additional retail, enhancing accessibility and pedestrian flow. The scope also included reinstated tenant areas, coordinated streetscape upgrades with the local BIA, and targeted base building improvements, including new emergency fuel systems and comprehensive M&E enhancements.
