This project involved the renovation and selective conversion of existing industrial buildings into a mix of warehouse, showroom, retail, and office spaces. Work began with targeted demolition to prepare the structures for new uses, followed by comprehensive site improvements including site servicing, paving, and landscaping.

Upgrades to the building infrastructure included new steel structure components, concrete work, building envelope enhancements, and full mechanical and electrical systems. Common area interiors were redesigned to support a cohesive user experience, with select interior fit-ups completed for high-end luxury retail tenants.
