125 Tycos Drive

This project involved the transformation of a luxury showroom, blending refined craftsmanship with highly functional design to create an immersive retail experience. The space was carefully curated to showcase high-end furniture collections while maintaining a bold, modern aesthetic through a dark, sophisticated palette and layered architectural elements.

The scope included enhanced concrete flooring with epoxy and urethane finishes, integrated HVAC and lighting within recessed and floating ceilings, and full-height partitions to define the space. Custom wood claustra, bespoke millwork including a stone sales desk, oversized pocket doors, and staff kitchenette - and feature elements such as a green wall and wallpaper accents complete a sophisticated setting that showcases the brand’s furniture and displays.
