This industrial redevelopment reimagined an existing facility as a flexible, multi-use destination, bringing together warehouse, showroom, retail, and office spaces within a single property.

The project included selective demolition, site servicing, paving, landscaping, structural steel and concrete work, building envelope improvements, and fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems to support the building's new configuration and long-term performance.

Common areas and selected tenant spaces were completed with modern interior finishes, creating a versatile environment that accommodates a wide range of commercial, operational, and customer-facing uses while maximizing the value of the existing structure.
