This project involved the refurbishment and conversion of a 60,000 SF post-and-beam industrial building into office, commercial, and studio space spanning four floors. The scope included full exterior renovation and preservation of the building’s original architectural features, along with interior demolition and required abatement.

Interior spaces were sandblasted to expose and restore the building’s character, while new mechanical and electrical systems were installed to meet modern performance standards. The work also included new flooring, selective refurbishment of existing hardwood, and the installation of a new elevator and shaft to improve vertical circulation. Public corridors, washrooms, and general base building upgrades were constructed to support flexible tenant use and enhance overall functionality.
