Located at 1924 Eglinton Avenue West, this mixed-use development introduced a thoughtfully designed residential building with 27 rental units, ground-floor retail space, and one level of underground parking, contributing to the continued growth of Toronto's Eglinton corridor.

The project involved a complete redevelopment of the site, including demolition, excavation, caisson foundations, shoring, and the construction of a reinforced concrete structure. The exterior envelope incorporated STO panelized systems, vintage brickwork, EIFS, and complementary architectural finishes that define the building's character.

Inside, the development was completed with modern residential finishes and fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems, delivering a functional and contemporary environment for both residents and commercial tenants.
