2 St Clair Avenue West Redevelopment
This redevelopment transformed the podium of a prominent mixed-use property at the intersection of Yonge and St. Clair while maintaining active banking and retail operations throughout construction.
The project included the reconstruction of the basement, ground floor, second floor, and rooftop level, along with selective demolition, new structural framing, building envelope upgrades, curtain wall installation, and new storefront glazing. A rooftop patio, new staircase, and elevator were also introduced to enhance accessibility and functionality.
Streetscape improvements completed in coordination with the local BIA helped strengthen the public realm, while common areas and tenant spaces were reinstated to support future occupancy. White box preparations for retail tenants, mechanical systems for the BUCA restaurant, and the interior fit-out of SPACES serviced offices completed the transformation, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination in one of Toronto's busiest urban corridors.
