The project involves the renovation and transformation of ahigh-end retail and showroom space, featuring:

• Full demolition of 20,000 sq. ft. of office andretail areas.

• Structural modifications, including new openings,staircases, and wheelchair-accessible lifts.

• HVAC and plumbing upgrades to accommodate the newlayout.

• Custom millwork, premium product displays,metal-framed partitions, and lacquered portals.

• Retail-focused lighting, with track lighting, potlights, and feature enhancements.

• Flooring upgrades, including polished concrete inthe ELTE showroom and Carrara marble in the Waterworks showroom.

• Tempered glazing partitions with stainless steelfinishes.
