This project involved the full renovation and transformation of a 20,000 sq. ft. high-end retail and showroom space. Work included complete demolition of existing office and retail areas, structural modifications for new openings, staircases, and accessible lifts, and upgraded HVAC and plumbing systems.

The redesigned space features custom millwork, premium product displays, metal-framed partitions, and lacquered portals. Retail-focused lighting—including track, pot, and feature lighting—was integrated to enhance the customer experience. Flooring upgrades include polished concrete in the ELTE showroom and Carrara marble in the Waterworks showroom. Tempered glazing partitions with stainless steel finishes complete the modern, elevated environment.
