This project involved the renovation and selective conversion of an existing industrial building into a flexible, multi-use facility accommodating warehouse, showroom, retail, and office spaces.

Arguson provided pre-construction, budgeting, and construction management services, overseeing selective demolition, site works, servicing, paving, and landscaping. The scope also included structural upgrades, concrete work, building envelope improvements, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical systems.

Common area interiors and selected interior fit-up work were completed to support a modernized industrial environment designed to meet a range of commercial and operational needs.
