ARTFORM

This project involved the renovation and construction of a new condominium sales centre for ARTFORM, located at 89 Dundas Street West in Mississauga.

The 5,000 sq. ft. presentation centre was designed to create an engaging environment that supports the sales and customer experience. The scope included modifications to the existing façade, new building entrances with stairs, ramps, and planters, as well as civil works, concrete and asphalt, and complementary landscaping.

Inside, selective demolition, structural modifications, integrated mechanical and electrical systems, and a complete interior fit-out transformed the space into a polished sales centre that showcases the development while providing a welcoming and functional experience for prospective buyers.
