Canada Post

This project involved the renovation and selective conversion of an existing 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility for Canada Post, located at 654 Trillium Drive in Kitchener.

Arguson acted as the stipulated sum general contractor, delivering a comprehensive retrofit to support logistics and operational requirements. The scope included warehouse and office upgrades, the installation of a new elevator, new loading docks, and associated site works and servicing.

The result is a modernized industrial facility designed to support efficient distribution, accessibility, and day-to-day operations within a large-scale logistics environment.
