DDL Office

This project involved the interior fit-out of a 5,000 sq. ft. office space for DDL, located at 52 Scarsdale in North York.

The workspace was completed with new drywall partitions and ceilings, glazed office fronts, contemporary interior finishes, and fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems. A feature staircase serves as a central design element, improving circulation while strengthening visual connections between key areas of the office.

The finished space balances functionality with modern workplace design, creating an efficient environment that encourages collaboration, flexibility, and day-to-day productivity.
