1886 Eglinton Ave West, Toronto

This large-scale, purpose-built rental mixed-use development at 1886 Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto delivered 202 residential rental units, ground-floor retail space, and two levels of underground parking.

Construction included demolition, site clearance, caisson foundations, shoring, excavation, and a reinforced concrete superstructure. The exterior combined STO panelized systems, vintage brickwork, EIFS, and complementary façade elements to create a distinctive architectural presence.

The completed development features modern residential interiors, high-quality finishes, and fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems, creating a contemporary mixed-use destination that supports both urban living and commercial activity.
