Element Testing Labs Phase I and Phase II
New Laboratory and Admin Space
This project involved the phased expansion and fit-out of Element Testing Labs' facility in Mississauga, supporting the client's continued growth with new office space, specialized laboratory environments, and critical building infrastructure.
The scope included administrative offices, meeting rooms, stability testing chambers, laboratory fit-out, backup generator installation, site servicing, structural and concrete work, as well as mechanical and electrical coordination to support the facility's specialized operational requirements.
Delivered within an active commercial environment, the project required careful planning, close collaboration, and seamless coordination across multiple phases to minimize disruptions while meeting the technical standards of a modern testing laboratory.
The result is a functional, high-performance facility that supports advanced testing operations while providing flexible workspaces and reliable infrastructure to accommodate the client's ongoing growth.
