Elevator Lobby & Washroom Renovation

This project focused on enhancing two of the building's most frequently used spaces: the elevator lobby and tenant washrooms. The scope included upgraded finishes, new millwork, improved lighting, and the construction of barrier-free washroom facilities to create a more accessible and welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.

Completed within an active commercial building, the work required careful planning and phased execution to minimize disruption while maintaining safe and continuous access for tenants throughout construction.
