This project involved the completion of a polished office fit-out for QuadReal Property Group, designed to create a modern, tenant-ready suite that attracts and inspires future occupants.

The scope included upgraded finishes, a refined layout, and the integration of new PC350 office fronts, resulting in a clean, contemporary workspace with strong visual impact. Every element was carefully selected to enhance the overall experience and ensure the space makes a confident first impression.

The finished suite offers a flexible, professional environment that supports leasing objectives while showcasing the quality and potential of the building.
