Expanding the capabilities of an active FedEx facility, this project combined building modifications with extensive site improvements to increase operational capacity at 45 DiPoce Way in Vaughan. The work included the addition of four new loading docks, structural alterations, site servicing, paving, and landscaping.

The completed expansion improves the flow of vehicles and goods throughout the property, creating a more efficient facility equipped to support growing logistics operations.
