IBI Corporate Campus

This project involved a comprehensive four-floor interior fit-up, beginning with full demolition of the existing spaces and construction of new open-plan areas, feature ceilings, Ital Interiors office fronts, and extensive custom millwork and wall paneling.

The work included polished concrete flooring, sprinkler system upgrades, and complete mechanical and electrical distribution with new equipment. Upgrades to lighting, BAS controls, and integrated building systems were incorporated throughout.

The project also delivered new communication infrastructure, dedicated server rooms with redundant cooling, and coordinated audio-visual systems to support modern workplace functionality.
