This 25,000 SF office fit-up transformed a workplace within Toronto’s financial district into a modern environment designed to support collaboration, productivity, and long-term performance.

The project included the construction of new offices, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and support areas, along with architectural finishes, glazing systems, flooring, ceiling features, acoustic treatments, and integrated building services. A combination of suspended and drywall ceiling elements was incorporated throughout the space to create visual interest while enhancing functionality and acoustics.

Delivered within an active commercial office tower, the project required careful coordination between trades, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality expectations. Through proactive planning and execution, the space was successfully transformed into a workplace environment that balances performance, flexibility, and user experience.

The result is a refined office environment that reflects the evolving needs of today’s workplace while supporting the client's long-term operational goals.
