A tenant relocation within the Commerce Court West, the project required diligent coordination and planning between trades, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality expectations.

The single tenant floor included the construction of new offices, meeting rooms,collaborative spaces, and support areas, along with architectural finishes, glazing systems, flooring, ceiling features, acoustic treatments, and integrated building services. A combination of suspended and drywall ceiling elements was incorporated throughout the space to create visual interest while enhancing functionality and acoustics.

Delivered on schedule without disrupting a tight move-in date, the space was successfully transformed into a workplace environment that balances performance, flexibility, and user experience.
