This project involved the adaptive reuse of a portion of the historic 1938 Symes Road waste transfer station, transforming it into a modern brewery and retail destination while preserving the building's distinctive industrial character.

The scope included selective interior demolition, heritage preservation, and tenant fit-out work for brewery operations, retail areas, offices, bars, and kitchen facilities. Additional work included floor reconfiguration with new structural elements, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, and the construction of new public corridors and washrooms.

Through thoughtful planning and careful execution, the project successfully blended historic architecture with modern functionality, creating a unique space that supports both brewing operations and an engaging customer experience.
