Kaneff Common Area Upgrades

This project focused on the details that shape how people experience a space every day.

The scope included a comprehensive refresh of the building’s common areas, with upgrades to elevator lobbies and corridors across every floor. New carpet, lighting, paint, wallpaper, tile, and signage were thoughtfully integrated to modernize the environment and improve overall flow and clarity.

Floor by floor, the building was renewed to feel brighter, fresher, and more welcoming for everyone who moves through it. The result is a cohesive upgrade that enhances daily experience while adding long-term value through thoughtful, well-executed improvements.
