Lobby Renovation

This project involved the renovation of the existing lobby at 2 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, enhancing the building's arrival experience while improving functionality and accessibility.

The redesign introduced a refreshed architectural identity through faceted feature wall panels, contemporary finishes, custom millwork, and accessibility improvements, including a new entrance ramp. Supporting mechanical and electrical upgrades were integrated throughout the renovation to enhance the performance of the space.

More than a visual refresh, the renovated lobby establishes a welcoming and efficient entry experience, creating a modern shared space that reflects the quality of the building while improving comfort and accessibility for tenants and visitors.
