For L’Oréal’s Toronto office, the vision was to create a workplace inspired by the rhythm of Toronto’s urban grid while incorporating the organic textures and movement found throughout Ontario’s diverse landscapes.

The project delivered a complete interior fit-up, beginning with space planning, concept development, permit coordination, and construction drawing review to ensure a seamless transition from design through construction. Custom millwork, feature elements, curated finishes, graphic design, and interior signage were carefully integrated to create a cohesive and engaging workplace that reflects the client’s brand.

The construction scope included selective demolition, new drywall partitions and ceilings, glazing and office fronts, architectural finishes, custom millwork, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. Through close coordination between design and construction teams, the project successfully transformed the space into a modern, functional workplace that balances aesthetics, performance, and everyday usability.
