Markville Carpet & Flooring Showroom

This project involved the delivery of a retail showroom for Markville Carpet & Flooring in North York, designed to support both product display and customer experience within a functional, well-coordinated space.

Arguson provided a full range of services, including pre-construction, budgeting and value engineering, design-build, construction management, and general contracting. The scope included mechanical and electrical systems, drywall partitions, finishes, and selected interior fit-up work, ensuring the space met both operational and aesthetic requirements.

Additional work included the supply and installation of custom millwork and countertops, plumbing and washroom fixtures and accessories, retail signage, and sprinkler modifications. The result is a clean, efficient showroom environment tailored to support retail operations and showcase flooring products effectively.
