Midtown Toronto Model Suite

This model suite project was designed to showcase the potential of a modern workplace environment while supporting future leasing opportunities within the building.

Completed on an accelerated six-week schedule, the project involved a full interior transformation, including demolition, new framing, architectural finishes, lighting, millwork, and the construction of collaborative work areas, meeting rooms, and a fully functional kitchenette.

Working closely with the design team and project stakeholders, our team delivered a space that balances functionality, flexibility, and visual appeal. Through a coordinated design-build approach, every decision was aligned to maintain schedule, control costs, and achieve the intended tenant experience.

The completed suite demonstrates how thoughtful planning and seamless execution can transform an underutilized space into a welcoming, high-performing workplace designed to attract future occupants.
