This project involved the redevelopment of a multi-floor, mixed-use property located at 772 Queen Street East in Toronto, combining boutique residential suites with revitalized commercial spaces.

The completed development features 11 boutique residential rental suites above commercial spaces on the ground and basement levels. The scope included a complete exterior and interior renovation of the commercial areas, along with the restructuring of the existing building using helical piles and new structural steel.

A new building structure was constructed to support the residential units above, with high-quality interior finishes creating modern, functional rental apartments. The redevelopment successfully transformed the property into a contemporary mixed-use destination while maximizing the potential of the existing structure.
