Pinchin Ltd.

This 11,500 sq. ft. laboratory for Pinchin Ltd. at 2555 Meadowpine Boulevard in Mississauga involved the transformation of an existing shell space into a sophisticated asbestos and microbiology testing facility.

The project brought together specialized laboratory infrastructure, custom millwork, advanced mechanical and electrical systems, and dedicated exhaust solutions to create a safe, efficient, and highly functional environment. Supporting spaces, including offices, training rooms, washrooms, and common areas, were seamlessly integrated throughout the facility.

The completed laboratory delivers the technical performance, reliability, and operational efficiency required to support specialized testing, research, and regulatory compliance.
