This project involved a refined interior fit-up for an investment firm, beginning with demolition and renovation of the existing common areas to establish a refreshed foundation for the space.
Scope included selective demolition, construction of new drywall and glazed partitions, and installation of updated ceiling systems. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were completed throughout to support modern workplace needs.
The project was elevated with custom millwork elements and a curated selection of finishes, resulting in a sophisticated, functional environment aligned with the firm’s professional identity.
