SNC-Lavalin Nuclear-Corporate Campus

This project involved the complete redevelopment of an existing property to establish a new corporate campus for SNC-Lavalin Nuclear, designed to support specialized operations and training functions.

The scope included full building renovations and upgrades, along with strategic additions, a new curtain wall system, building envelope improvements, canopies, glazing, and roofing. Interior work began with extensive demolition and abatement, followed by the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, including major equipment, ductwork distribution, and upgraded lighting throughout.

Additional upgrades included a new elevator and modernization of existing vertical transportation systems, as well as a comprehensive site work program featuring new servicing, parking, and landscaping.

Interior fit-outs were completed across common areas and tenant spaces, including the delivery of a nuclear control centre training facility tailored to support specialized operational needs.
