Southwell Place

Southwell Place is a newly constructed flex office condominium designed to provide adaptable workspace solutions for a range of professional users. The project included full site works—remediation, servicing, paving, and landscaping—to prepare and enhance the development.

The building was constructed with a durable steel structure, concrete components, and a high-performance envelope, supported by new mechanical and electrical systems. Common area interiors were completed to establish a cohesive and functional environment, with selected interior fit-ups delivered for individual condominium purchasers to tailor their spaces to specific needs.
