This redevelopment revitalized approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of common areas and amenities within Stephen Avenue Place in downtown Calgary, creating an updated environment that enhances the overall tenant experience.

The scope included a complete interior renovation, the installation of a new curtain wall, integrated public art elements, and significant building upgrades. Mechanical and electrical systems were fully replaced, including new major equipment, ductwork distribution, and modern lighting throughout the development.

New public corridors, washrooms, lobbies, tenant lounges, a games room, and fitness amenities were thoughtfully integrated alongside landlord base building improvements, resulting in a contemporary workplace designed to support collaboration, wellness, and everyday functionality.
