Subway Canada

Serving as Subway’s sole corporate office in Canada, the space was designed to embody the brand while supporting both marketing and business development teams.

The interior fit-up focused on creating a collaborative, fresh environment through open ceilings that bring lightness to the workspace, balanced by contrasting finishes inspired by Toronto’s urban character.

Scope of work included demolition, new drywall partitions and ceilings, glazed office fronts, custom finishes and millwork, as well as complete mechanical and electrical systems installation.
