This tenant amenity renovation at 20 South Clark in Chicago transformed shared lounge and conference areas into contemporary spaces that support collaboration, productivity, and everyday tenant use.

The project included selective demolition, new drywall partitions and ceilings, custom millwork, coordinated interior finishes, and integrated mechanical and electrical systems, resulting in a cohesive and functional environment.

The completed spaces provide modern amenities that enhance the workplace experience while creating flexible, welcoming areas for meetings, collaboration, and informal gathering.
