Arguson served as Owner’s Representative, providing oversight from pre-construction through project delivery.

Services included budgeting, value engineering, and support of a design-build delivery model to align scope, cost, and schedule objectives. We provided construction management and coordination for a building repositioning program, including common area renovations, a model suite program to support leasing, and parking garage restoration.

Throughout the project, Arguson acted as the owner’s single point of accountability, managing consultants, contractors, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.
