The project included a combination of Landlord base building upgrades and full tenant fit-up work. Scope encompassed demolition and abatement, curtain wall modifications with new glazing, and a major structural slab cut-out with an internal interconnecting stair.
Base building enhancements included mechanical and electrical upgrades, renovated washrooms and common areas, and new fire shutters with integrated fire alarm work.
Tenant improvements featured framing and drywall, polished concrete flooring, open ceilings with exposed distribution and spiral ductwork, new lighting, custom millwork and feature elements, as well as complete sound masking, communications, and AV systems.
