Strategically positioned on a 6.5-acre site in one of northeast Toronto’s most in-demand industrial hubs,this Class ‘A’ facility redefines modern urban warehousing and logistics. The 12-unit building offers 28-foot clear heights and is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, with each unit featuring dedicated semi-trailer and drive-in loading. The project involved the partial renovation and construction of a new-build flex industrial condominium, which included selective demolition of existing structures, site works, site servicing, paving, and landscaping, as well as new steel structure, concrete work, envelope, mechanical and electrical systems, and interior mezzanines and finishes.
Built in just 14 months, the project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and adaptive reuse. Approximately 20% of the original structure was retained and seamlessly integrated with new construction, reducing environmental impact and aligning with Toronto Green Standards. The result is a high-performance, future-ready facility built for flexibility, efficiency, and long-term value.
